What happens if the weather conditions are poor on the day of my booking?In the event of rain, you have the option of attending and having flowers pre-picked and set in the barn or you can change to another day. If the weather is severe, the event will be cancelled and your money refunded.

Can I bring my pets?We love dogs, but our dog may not love your dog – he likes all the attention. But we ask that you leave your furry friends at home. If you have specific needs, including; service dogs, or would require Jennifer’s dog to remain inside during your session, please inform her ahead of time at info@valhavenfarm.ca

Other general informationThis is a flower farm and it’s beautiful, but it is still a farm in the country. That means you can expect bees, mosquitoes, and sometimes rough terrain. Please come prepared if you require extra accommodations. Children under 13 are free unless they are picking. Please supervise your children at all times for safety reasons. Bathrooms are available on-site. We have lots of parking space. Any other questions or concerns can be emailed to info@valhavenfarm.ca
