Return Policy

Dahlia Tuber Sale

Tubers are a perishable product, therefore, once in order is placed, it is final sale. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order and fully refund your order during our quality checks, in case of defective tubers. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us at info@valhavenfarm.ca within five days of your order arriving. For all defects with products reported on time, we will promptly replace, credit, adjust, and/or advise you of further proper product care at that time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase. We are not responsible for tubers gone bad, due to weather, rot, insect damage, poor soil, and conditions for neglect.

Farm Events:

In the event of rain, you have the option of attending and having flowers pre-picked and set in the barn or you can change to another day. If the weather is severe, the event will be cancelled and your money refunded. In general, a refund for an event can be requested and will be discussed with the owner to be approved.
